This happens with me all the time, the French term l’esprit de l’escalier, coming up with responses way too late, which is part of my autism. I can pretty much write a book about the times this has happened in my life.
Cutting down significantly on social media, since it’s cost me countless friendships and really ruined my mental health.

What is your mission?
To live a peaceful life, find somewhere genuinely safe to do so, and contribute positively to the world.
It’s been a pandora’s box, for certain, but definitely the internet, since without it I would have never heard of most video games I’ve played and enjoyed, or found work I can do in the comfort of my own home.
Pretty much being financially stable and being able to continue my life as normally as I have been the decades before, and it would be continuable so long as I continue to advance my career so I can afford to support myself and the home I hope to inherit when my parents eventually pass on.
Hopefully not in the same boring job and still actually alive unless stress kills me prematurely.
